A lot of cases have been reported when the lawbreakers walk the streets of New York, Dubai, Sydney, Toronto, London, Paris, and Istanbul.

Previously, we know that in India an incident took place. What happened that an old man cut off his wife’s head and walked the streets of his city openly.

This criminal of India has now been arrested and investigations are carried out of why he killed his wife.

The fact cannot be ignored that such people are present in all parts of Paris, Istanbul, Dubai, Toronto, New York, London, and Sydney. There is, thus, strong need that we take action.

For the governments of India, Europe, America, Canada, and Australia, it is not possible to work alone since the network of offenders is very vast.

Plenty of them have transformed the history of human beings and have left great negative impacts on the minds of people.

People become scared of offenders whenever they are spotted in the crowds of public. It is needed that we submit reports against them or approach the higher authorities of Paris, Dubai, London, Toronto, Istanbul, New York, and Sydney.

If it so happens, then soon a time would come when no lawbreaker would ever dare to commit some major or minor crimes as was done by the old man of India who beheaded his wife.

What a strange thing that these people do not feel hesitation or shy of their crimes. They instead say that their companions have given them tough times and that’s why they murdered them.

Such individuals of Sydney, Paris, London, Dubai, Toronto, Istanbul, and New York, should bear in mind that they have no right to give punishments. Whether someone has cheated on them or not they should still amend their ways. What they can do is call police for help rather than taking some severe action by themselves.
